My Brother Has had high temprature for the last week and he's been coughing and feeling so weak and we had called many doctor to know what's wrong but none gave us a definate answer, he doesn't have Taifoed , he's taking panadol extra for the fever and cataflam and ceftriaxone 1000mg , and we honestly see no progress so if you could please help us understand what this is we'd be very thankful
