What can be the reason for increase in body temperature only in head while hands and legs are cold Plz explain it

Hello, consult a general physician MD sir he can examine you n ask accordinglynsuggest you. Till than  cold sponging, plenty of liquids like nimupani mausambi juice, coconut waterto keep yourself hydreyted. Tab paracetamol 500 eight hourly after food.  Light diet like semiliquid porridge khichari etc.ok.

I think you should contact a physician so that doctor can ask you about other symptoms, then it would be clear what's the reason for this. There can be many causes. You should temperature with thermometer also. Fever and feeling hot sensation can be different things.
