My Wife, aged 42 yrs, has been having fever every evening and nights. She feels cold, drowsy and burps. Pain in lower back. She is also feeling very weak. we have done all blood tests, blood culture also shows no growth,. Widal test: O antigen - 1:80 H antigen - 1:80 AH antigen - No agglutination BH antigen - No agglutination Pls advise
