Fever not Decreasing Since 1 month

Sir actually I had low  fever since 1 month . I had tried every antibiotics like Cefuroxime Axetile , fever is not decreasing . 4 days ago I tested my urine and doctor told that it's Acidic and Nothing else . He gave me Alkasol Syrup and Monocef-O tablet after eating 4 days , fever decreased slightly but not completely. What test should I do to detect problem in my body . Thank you

cons a general physician for evaluation of fever of unknown origin. Needs to do a Ultrasound examination of the Abdomen and pelvis. Urine culture and sensitivity also helps
