My son is 14 year 7 month old .we have given. him corvavax vaccine on 29th april.from 30 April he is having fever 103 we have given him dolo 650 every 6 hours but fever is not coming down .it remain still 103.this is third continue day fever is there  His weight is 80kg we have given till 8 tablet  dolo 650 after every 6 hours but fever is not coming down  Can we give him antibiotics under doctor supervision.please suggest ASAP  Please help me I am very tensed we had given him First vaccine dose corbovax on 30th August 2022 Constant 103 fever from second day after corbovax vaccine

This much fever is not expected after this vaccine. Please visit a pediatrician for check up. Tests may be needed to find cause of fever and further treatment can be given
