My son is getting fever from last 5 days. temp is 100 f max. but fever is not always there. its coming & going. i checked the blood. no dengu nor maleria. day before yesterday fever gone for 1day then next day automatically its coming. i hv given pcm syrup & 2 dose of amoxyline syrup only given. kindly suggest me.
