My mother is having fever from last 7-8 days. Earlier it was 102 now from last 2-3 days it's around 100-100.8 She also having mild cough. Can you suggest some medicine.

For fever she can take Dolo 650 max three times a day Betadine gargles twice a day Hot fluids like tea/ coffee/ soup What other symptoms does she have? Weakness? Gastro symptoms? Any history of travel or contact with covid positive patient?
