I am getting fever on and off everyday for the past one week. Got my blood test done esr level is high for which doc said to have antibiotics but after that course also fever keeps coming. Wat could be the cause

Please It may be malaria and mixed infection Take Tab lumether forte 6 1 1 Tab pantop 3 1 Tab ceftum 6 500 mg 1 1 Tab riconia 3 1 And Tab calpol 5 1 sos for fever Reconsult after 3 days for further advice
