Hello doctor, Even after medicine paracitamol fever keep comimg back its 101 fever also did spunch what to do it's been one full day body is hot

Have patience if fever is only complaint. You can give paracetamol every 4 hourly if require, I.e. if temp is more than 100. Tepid sponging had to be done till temperature comes down. Usually fever should subside in 3 days. Keep your child well hydrated.
