Today we gave 10 weeks vaccination my daughter is four months kids now she has fever I don't have any medicine now shall I give ibugesic plus now

Yes u can Give 2.5 ml  now If it possible tell me exact weight Then i will adjust the dose of ibugesic plus But for now  give it  2.5 ml
