Hi, suddenly I started feeling feverish.From outside my body is like normal .But when I check with Thermometer, I am getting temperature of 100-102.And I have throat pain & every morning the throat pain is high.& have some body pains.

Your throat pain says that 1. If u are at home then i think u might have throat infection due to which you are having fever.  It may be due to tonsillitis . 2. If u have went out and came in contact with infected person then it might be covid symptoms.
Next Steps
Go for antibiotics , paracetamol, cough syrups along with gargling..It will show its action within 2 days. If symptoms persist after 2days then go for Covid testing.
