  4. Fever in 4 year old. What should i do?

My 4 year old daughter has been having a fever for two days now. I have been giving her Tylenol (acetaminophen) every 5 hours. Her fever is not really coming down. What should I do? She seems tired too. Thank you

It seems to be some illness other than viral illness,  it's best to consult a Paediatrician for it.
