My daughter is one month 8 days old. Her armpit temperature is 100.1. What should I do. She is on exclusive breastfeed since birth

Hello, for fever give her calpol drops of 0.4ml and consult a paediatrician physically for examination and treatment.

Do proper breastfeeding , and burping atleast 10 min . Could be due to dehydration
