Fever,headache and body weakness

I've been having fever and headache from last 2 days. Plus because of body weakness even if the fever is low I am not able to stand up from my bed. I have taken one paracetamol day before yesterday and yesterday. Please suggest any good remedy or medicine to cure this. Thank you so much.
