Fever from last ten fifteen days. Normal fever. Pain in right side of uper abdomen. Pain in sholder as well

Hello.. Well your total counts are really high.. You definitely need evaluation..do you have vomiting and nausea too? It's better you get usg abdomen and pelvis done and urine routine test...you seem to be having gall bladder issues..probably stones or infection..consult a gen surgeon
