From last 4 days he has fever and once attack of fiveral seazure. Giving ibugesic plus and frisium 5 but still fever is coming in 8 hrs. Fever started from Thursday morning and today is Sunday. Given meftal p once on Thursday night when got feveral sezure attack. He has no symptoms of Cold. Plz someone reply what to do .his weight is 10 kg.

I will recommend  blood test.. Cbc,crp,Ps for mp,urine routine Continue  meftal  8 hourly..... Frisium is anti convulsant use it for 3 days 2 times  a day ND then stop.... Get the test done.
