I am 30 yr male having fever from 15 Sep 2017 and today mine platelet count is 75000. But from last 20 hrs I am not having any fever or pain. I was on monocef 200, crocin 650,pantop d, zz it. Kindly advice what to do.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Continue the medicines prescribed by your doctor. Drink plenty of fluids and take rest. Go for regular follow up with your doctor.
