Its been month every evening we get fever around 100 came as per doctor advisee as per urine culture report Amphotericin B liposomal injection 150 unit started from last Thursdays , friday n staturday there no temp after that on sunday night it's again 101 around temperature recorded , My question How much time its take to effect the injection
Candida growth in urine culture cannot be always taken significant. Most of the times, its just a coloniser (meaning it just grows in the urine pathway normally for some people).
If you are using a urine catheter to pass urine, could be because of that also.
Infection could be due to some other reason also. The colony count of candida is also only 10 to the power of 3.
It will take 2 to 3 days for fever to settle if it is due to this candida.

Peripheral smear

Have to rule out other infection also.
