My daughter is having fever frm days I'm putting moxikind forte & solvin cold ds but fever is still going 100 ..now doc proscribed mefanamic acid at night I put this but fever was still thr in night. y it is happening her blood is 8.4 grms

any odr symptom odr than fever..like cough,cold,loosemotion,pain abdomen? please send full blood report did it happened before? mention hr weight so medicine cn b prescribed.
