Widal Test are as under S Typhi 'O' 1:20 +Ve & 1:40 is +Ve & rest all -Ve. S Typhi 'H' 1:20 +Ve & rest all -Ve. Apart from this Maleria test is also -ve. Is this Typhoid Fever?

Widal test has not much significance if it's done within 7 days of fever. Although the titre is negative for typhoid. Further you may get Blood culture done to rule out typhoid. If you can share Detailed history would be able to guide you better. Best wishes
