He has had fever for the past few days.102° is the maximum temperature noted. Body ache n head ache. No sore throat,cold or cough. He had Dolo 650 everytime the temperature crossed 100. Now no more headache. Fever only in the evening/night time. Temperature between 100-102° No loss of smell or taste. Could you suggest any antibiotic? It's been over a week of fever now. He's too exhausted
