I have fever and cough for last 7 days. I take paracetamol, amoxicilin, ascorbic tablet, multivitamin, cough syrup, hot water drinking by the suggest of physician. But till my fever is comes and go. Cough is also constantly. I am very weak. Now what should I do? Plz suggest.
