Hello there I can understand your concern but however instead of attaching the test reports along with this question why did you take the pains of typing the whole thing in a way which cannot be understood . For example platelets are never 128 they are expressed in lakhs and 128 lakh would be very very extremely high which is not possible . Continue the same treatment .
