Had high fever for 2 days,102 degrees, on n off with weakness of body, started off as sorethroat.. was taking paracetamol only, fever subsided on 3rd day...but slight weakness present...

"As" per your clinical history is concerned you can take [ACFEX cap-500mg] twice a day for 3 days for infection and gargle with warm saline every 3 hours and if no fever then [paracetamol]is not required.
