Hi Pls give her Syp Calpol (250mg/5ml) 2.5ml every 6th hrly Pls check temp every 4hrs If fever is beyond 101-102 and not coming down with calpol u can give Syp Meftal-p 2ml sos (only when high fever max 3times a day ) If she s accepting only breastfeeding that is okay Give her as much she needs Give adequate liquids water and hydration Do tepid sponging with damp towel to reduce temperature Feve Ria going to be ther for 2-3 days despite medication After 47-72 hrs if not subsided and other symptoms we can evaluate Thank you
