Fever 104. My age 25 years female Fever + cough + headache + head moving vomiting For 2 days I eat sinerest but no solution Plz help me

In a case of fever doctor needs to examine patient to arrive at a diagnosis. As per your symptoms it could be a common viral fever. Take Paracetamol 500 6hrly. If fever doesn't subside, vomiting persists, condition deteriorating then consult local physician.
