Hello sir, yestderday i went to hsopital and doctor check my cbc. wbc 5.69, neutrophil 34.8, lymphocytes 42.2, monocytes 12.1, eosinophil 10.5, basophil 0.4

These have to be correlated clinically with the symptoms you're having presently. The neutrophils are reduced, lymphoctes elevated, monocytes elevated and eosinophils are elevated. I would advise you to visit the treating doctor with your results so that if any changes in the medications given require any changes.
