Cold and cough intermittently since one week now. Fever since last two days, mild 101 degrees. Took crocin twice but didn't help much. What to do next? The cough is increasing.

Looks like you could be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection. Such infections won't subside on their own. You will need oral antibiotics.
