Went through your post, firstly the normal body temperature is 98.9 in morning that means AM Hours and 99.9in the evening that means PM hours temperature more than this during these hours is called fever.     If you had fever for five days few things need to be ruled out, CBC, LFT, KFT, and x ray chest will give us some idea where the infection is so tha it will be treated.
