Taking all medicines (including Norflox400 & Cital-UTi)regularly but Fever is continuing (100.6 to101.8 F).Paracetamol lowers fever for some time but comes again. Blood Glucose count is 228(after lunch). Urine flow is good & no burning sensation.

You need to get a plain CT scan of Abdomen and pelvis to look for any stones or pyelonephritis changes. If there is significant changes in the kidneys, you would need Intravenous antibiotics
