Fever chills with pain in middle chest

I have pain in middle of chest and I am getting fever out of nowhere with chills.. I am low on energy and I feel fatigue. And i have trouble in digestion also and I go to washroom more than normal and gas problem is most common.. what can be the cause? Thanks
