HELLO, TAKE REST. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS, JUICES FRUITS. TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY TABLET AZITHROMYCIN 500ONE PER DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. WHEN YOU SLOWLY RECOVER DIZZINESS GOES SLOWLY. O.K BYE.
