My wife is experiencing intermittent fever( upto 100.3 degree fahrenheit), severe  headache, severe  back pain,  joint pain, body pain since the past two days. We are suspecting it maybe viral infection.  We have not consulted any doctor as of now. She is feeling extremely tired also. She has been taking Crocin, Dolo 650, Nicip tablets to mitigate the situation but it is not helping much.  She has been taking iron tablets named folicap sibce the past teo weeks. Also she periodically takes vitamin b( becosules)  tablets. Can you please suggest some effective medicine for these symptoms? Thank you.
