Fever around 37.5 to 38
My baby is of 5 month 25 days from last two days fever like 38 and 38.2 temperature is up and down I have given him calpol drops 1 ml 3 times and also azithral 100 syrup 1 ml 2 times, temperature sometimes goes below 37 and after some hour again rises to 38.. What to do is the medicine which I am giving is OK, his head is very hot and feet and hands are not that much hot as compared to head

Temperature below 37.5 degC is normal. Viral fever with last fir 2-3 days. Give paracetamol for fever , if fever doesn’t settle in a day, consult nearby paediatrician
