I have been having a mild fever and headache (100 degree ) from past 2 days ! Now small watery acne have started coming up two on hands 2 on stomach .

Its may be viral infection... So just take only Paracetamol 500 mg or 650 mg 2 to 3 times a day ( Tab Dolo 500/ 650mg) ... and as early possible go for lab test of CBC ( Complete Blood Count) and consult a doctor offline or online on practo or chat hear for further treatment
