One of my friend is having fever from last 7 days. On first three days he had mild fever 99.5 on and off along with loose motion, headache and tired. Then for two days., no fever and but feeling week and tired with headache and pain in eyes. Then suddenly feeling of congestion And now from past two days fever stays and it comes around 100 and vomits if eats anything. Fever goes down with paracetamol. What should we do?
