Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Zerodol-p thrice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 2 days. Drink warm water. Do salt water gargles thrice a day. If it still persists, then get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
