My 5.5yrs old daughter having fever 102 with shivering, also suffering from cough from last 2 days, I gave the crosin ds 5ml at 9pm and 4am, now in the morning she got fever again, so which antibiotic (macpod, zifi or Amoxicillin) I have to add with crosin syrup. Please replay ASAP.

Hi,no need for antibiotics for 1 day fever in most of the cases Antibiotics should not be misused.Please take her to near by pediatrician.
