Fever and seizures

My baby girl one year 8 months old. From yesterday she is having fever. Her temperature was 99. She got severe seizures. We gave paracetamol syrup. But still fever is not coming down. We are much concerned. She's not taking any foods. We also did sponging. Fever is still there. Pls tel us wat to do

Consult Now
If temperature 🌡️ above 99.4F then only it considere as fever.... For seizure you should consult nearby pediatrician....
Next Steps
give paracetamol for fever if temperature is above 99.4F...

Hi, Temperature of 99 deg F is normal . Give paracetamol 6 hrly if temperature more than 99.4 deg F. Give soups and liquids/ juices if she is not eating food.
