Fever and pain in neck and legs

I am having  fever ( not above than 99.5°F), legs and neck pain and poor appetite for last 7-8 days. I am covid negative in both Rapid antigen test and Rtpcr test. What else could be tje reason? I am worried. Spo2 is normal. Bp is normal. CBC is normal. Crp is normal.
