Im 25yrs male afternoon 1pm 100 fever loose  motions 7 times ,taken gnorm, mebeverine hydrochloride 200mg,now temp is 995😢,on rest it's 992😢,which tablet I has to use pls help ,can i take norflox 400,dolo650

Please don't self medicate yourself,it is more dangerous than your current ailment.Drink plenty of fluids and tablet paracetamol 500 mg only if your fever is more than 100 .Consult a physician at the earliest.
