I can completely understand what you are going through, the solution to your worries is to keep your mind occupied, take some time for yourself in a day, meditate or do something that really makes you feel good. Put in a little effort for your own happiness. Learn to accept the situations that you can't change, and try to better the things that are in your hand, you must be frustrating yourself over daily hassle in life. Stop over thinking and learn to live in the moment perhaps that will help. I know it sounds like easier said than done but trust me it is not that difficult, once you try after a few weeks you will get habitual of your new improved self. Hope this helps, take care!
