I have fever since 3 days and headache also. I have slight pain in the right shoulder while breathing.I have seen a loss of appetite due to the same.

take tab dolo 650 mg 8 hrly till fever is dere tab levocetrizine 5 mg once a day fr 3 days tab azithromycin 500 mg once fr 5 days tab pan 40mg once fr 5 days
