Thanks for writing on Practo.. Sorry to say ..But u have not elaborated your health issue completely.. Incomplete  Question.. Still Felanil is Plain Paracetamol ..U can take it for Fever , bodyache etc.. For loose motion first consult with nearest doctor.. Don't take self medication.. Thanks
