I ate outside last night and puked early in the morning. High grade fever and generalized body ache settled in but the gastro symptoms subsided so I don't think it's food poisoning anymore. The fever and body ache won't go down. I eat soft food and drink ginger tea and feel slightly better and once I'm off to bed, I feel weak again. I've been taking Paracetamol, O2 and Omez but the fever won't subside. Please advise what I can do.
