Fever and covid 19 for kids

My wife suffering for fever and body pains, and i expect it's covid 19 given for RTPC TEST also we all are in same small room i have 3kids one special kids of 11 years and 2 more are 3 years and 6 years, my kids also suffering from fever from pas 1days any doctors kindly suggest me i am so confused about this. kindly help me in this plz.

Firstly plz quarantine ur wife from all others even before the reports come . Hydrate the children well by giving lots of water .give fever medicine  to them if fever comes .monitor them for cough ,cold
