Fever and body pain

From few days my aunty is facing very bad body pain and fever mainly in night Fever not remain constant it comes at certain interval. Like in day time body temperature is 97.3F and in afternoon and night it fluctuate from 98.5F to 100F i think it is due harassment Please see the matter and suggest some medication and precaution for this.
