Fever & aching eyelid

M having fever since 2 days. N its fluctuating from 38~37.5~38.5. My uppereyelids are aching when I look up or press. Loss of appetite. Sometimes there's dull pain in my legs. I have taken cefixime & paracetamol. Please suggest me proper diet that I can take.
