Fever again

Respected doctors, My father recovered from covid on 5th May. He had mild infection. Today he is having fever 99.5 F and pain in legs and hands. He is also diabetics. Suffering from diabetes from last 10 years. Yesterday he forgot to have his Glyciphage 500mg tablet and had this on evening. His BP is 125/82. Is there any chances of covid recurrence? Thank you

There might be a chance for covid recurrence you can go for RTPCR report if fever persist. For diabetics dietary modification is must. No issue you can continue your Diabetes medicine as per schedule.
