I got vaccinated first dose of Covishield on 29 May 2021 at 1:00pm and after 12 hours of vaccination I felt fever with body pain.Please suggest.

Please take dolo 650 thrice daily.plenty of ors on sips helps to keep you hydrated.good number of fruits also add  to your hydration.it will take a day or two to get back to normalcy.
